be part of what’s next in mental health.
Help us build a future where young people have the skills and language to confidently navigate whatever life throws their way.
Your impact can start anywhere.
Get curious
We conduct research to better understand the unique challenges facing young people today, and to create programs to best support them.
Bring it to your community
Work with us to create events and experiences shaped around what your campus, school, or community actually needs.
Help make it possible
Your support helps young people build the skills to navigate life’s challenges—and know they don’t have to face them alone.
Your voice matters.
You know your friends and peers better than anyone. Help us shape programs and experiences around what they actually need, so they have the skills, language, and support to navigate life’s harder moments.
Change the conversation, one moment at a time.
Mental health becomes an everyday skill when we make it easier to talk about, practice, and ask for support. You don’t have to be an expert to help. Start with three simple things:
Check in.
Sometimes all someone needs is an opening. Try creating one:
“My friend, you seem a little off. How are you actually doing?”
Go first.
Share something of your own: stress, uncertainty, a hard day. By normalizing what we’re going through, we make it easier for others to do the same.
Know what to share.
You don’t have to have all the answers. Instead, help connect them with the support they may need: a campus resource, crisis line, counselor, or trusted person.
